1. About these terms

NAMASTEAI TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (“NamasteAi”, “we”, “us” or “our”) maintains the https://namaste.ai website (the “Site”). These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the Site and to any services, software or digital products we offer through it (the “Services”).

By using the Site or Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Specific Services may also be governed by a separate written agreement, proposal or order form; where there is a conflict, that agreement prevails over these Terms. The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as users of the Site and are not allowed to transact or use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you must not:

• provide false, misleading or impersonated information, including in enquiries, applications or CVs;
• use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose, or in breach of UAE law;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems or other users' data;
• introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code;
• scrape, harvest or copy content or data from the Site by automated means without our written permission;
• send spam or unsolicited commercial communications through our forms;
• interfere with the proper working or security of the Site.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

4. Our services

NamasteAi provides AI-assisted recruitment software, executive search, HR consultancy, Emiratisation support, outplacement, relocation, coaching, CV writing, ERP solutions and related digital products. Information on the Site describes our Services in general terms and does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance. The scope, fees and deliverables of any engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins. You can read more about NamasteAi and how we work.

Our AI tools support, but do not replace, human judgement. Recommendations, rankings and scores generated by our software are aids to decision-making; final hiring and employment decisions remain the responsibility of the employer.

5. Recruitment terms

• No fees for candidates. NamasteAi does not charge candidates any fee for job placement or for being introduced to an employer. If anyone asks you for money in NamasteAi's name in exchange for a job, please report it to us at info@namaste.ai. Genuine vacancies we advertise are listed on our jobs page.
• Optional paid products. Career products such as CV writing, coaching or eBooks are optional, are sold separately and do not guarantee employment or an interview.
• No guarantee of placement. We cannot guarantee that a candidate will be shortlisted, interviewed or hired, or that a client will fill a role.
• Accuracy. Candidates must ensure that the information they provide is true, complete and not misleading. Employers must ensure that vacancies are genuine and comply with UAE labour law.
• Employment relationship. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, any employment contract is solely between the candidate and the employer. NamasteAi is not a party to it.
• Client terms. Placement fees, replacement guarantees and other commercial terms for employers are set out in a separate client agreement.

6. Payments

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards in AED (UAE Dirham). Prices for certain digital products may be displayed in another currency for reference; the amount charged will be shown before you confirm payment. Your card issuer may apply exchange-rate or foreign-transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

Payments are processed securely by our payment service provider. We do not store your full card details. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

The displayed price and currency selected at the time of payment will be the same as the price and currency printed on the transaction receipt and on your card statement. If an order is fulfilled in several parts, you may see a separate charge on your statement for each part, and the total will not exceed the amount you authorised.

7. Cancellations & refunds

• Digital products (such as eBooks) are delivered electronically and, once delivered, are generally non-refundable unless the file is faulty or not as described.
• Services may be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms set out in your proposal or agreement.
• Approved refunds will be made only through the original mode of payment, to the card used for the original transaction.
• Refunds may take several working days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.

8. Cardholder responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorised to use the card you pay with, and that the billing details you provide are accurate. You must keep a copy of your transaction records and comply with the policies of your card issuer. Retaining your receipts helps us resolve any query quickly. If you notice an unfamiliar charge from NamasteAi, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank.

9. Sanctioned countries

We will not trade with, or provide any Services or products to, OFAC-sanctioned countries in accordance with the laws of the UAE, or to any individual or entity subject to applicable sanctions.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the NamasteAi and Real Talent™ names, software, designs and the selection and arrangement of material — is owned by or licensed to NamasteAi and protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from any part of the Site or our digital products without our prior written permission.

When you buy a digital product, such as an eBook, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own purposes. You may not share, resell or publish it.

11. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you send us, such as CVs, enquiries and documents. You grant NamasteAi a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store and process that content to provide the Services, in line with our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to share the content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break any law.

12. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, job portals and platforms, including partner sites. These are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices, and a link does not imply our endorsement.

13. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any information — including salary, visa, labour-law or relocation guidance and results from tools such as our UAE relocation calculator and job evaluation tool — is complete or suitable for your circumstances. Such content is general information, not legal, financial or immigration advice; please seek professional advice before acting on it.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:

• NamasteAi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the Site or Services;
• our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Site or a purchase made through it will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or Service giving rise to the claim; and
• nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify NamasteAi and its officers, employees and partners against any claims, losses, damages and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or your infringement of any third party's rights.

16. Privacy

Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. All credit and debit card details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

17. Governing law & disputes

Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Site or these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be heard by a competent court in the UAE. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve any concern informally.

18. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The “Last updated” date shows when they were last changed. Changes apply from the date they are published; your continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the revised Terms. Please check this page regularly.

19. General

• If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
• You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours to a successor business.
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• These Terms are written in English. If they are translated, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
