Why a vendor-neutral partner

The ERP that fits, not the one we sell

An ERP decision will shape how your finance, operations and people work for a decade. Most implementation partners represent a single vendor, so every requirement somehow points to their product. We work differently.

As an authorised reseller across the leading platforms, NamasteAi gives UAE businesses independent advice, competitive licensing and one accountable team from selection to support — whether you are replacing spreadsheets, consolidating a group or modernising a legacy system.

Objective selection

Requirements-led evaluation, scripted demos and total cost of ownership comparisons across vendors.

Business-first design

Processes designed around your operations, with configuration preferred over costly customisation.

Clean data migration

Master data, open balances and history cleansed, mapped and reconciled before go-live.

UAE tax readiness

UAE VAT configured correctly, with readiness for the UAE's e-invoicing programme.

Connected systems

Integrations with banking, e-commerce, CRM, POS and our AI recruitment platform.

Support that stays

Local helpdesk, user training and continuous improvement after go-live.

How to choose an ERP in the UAE

Whether you are comparing an SAP partner in Dubai with an Odoo implementation specialist, test every option against the same checklist. Vendors demo well; your own scenarios reveal the differences.

  • Supports UAE VAT and can exchange e-invoices through an Accredited Service Provider
  • Handles your entities, currencies and inter-company transactions, including free zone companies
  • Produces WPS salary files and calculates gratuity, leave and allowances
  • Offers Arabic and English documents where customers or authorities need them
  • Can be hosted in a region that meets your data protection obligations
  • Connects to your banks, e-commerce, POS, CRM and recruitment systems
  • Has a certified local partner and support team in the UAE
  • Shows a five-year total cost of ownership, not only first-year licences

UAE VAT & e-invoicing

Getting your ERP ready for UAE e-invoicing

The UAE e-invoicing programme applies to business-to-business and business-to-government transactions and is based on the Peppol standard. Each business must appoint an Accredited Service Provider to exchange and report invoices.

UAE e-invoicing implementation timeline announced by the Ministry of Finance
WhoAppoint an ASP byE-invoicing from
Pilot programme (selected taxpayers) — 1 July 2026
Revenue of AED 50 million or more 30 October 2026 1 January 2027
Revenue below AED 50 million 31 March 2027 1 July 2027
In-scope government entities 31 March 2027 1 October 2027

What changes in your ERP

Invoices and credit notes must carry the required structured data fields and flow through your ASP. Customer master data, tax registration numbers and credit-note processes usually need cleaning first.

Data residency

Payroll and customer records are personal data under the UAE PDPL, and DIFC, ADGM and regulated sectors such as healthcare and banking add their own rules. We check where each shortlisted platform can host your data before you sign.

ERP questions from UAE businesses

What finance, operations and HR leaders ask us before choosing an ERP partner.

Ask our team

There is no single best ERP. The right choice depends on your size, industry, number of entities, integration needs and budget. A trading SME may be well served by Odoo or Zoho, while a multi-country group with complex finance may need SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion or Microsoft Dynamics 365. As a vendor-neutral partner, we run a structured selection so the decision rests on your requirements.

Cost has three parts: software licences or subscriptions (usually per user, per month or year), one-off implementation services, and ongoing support. The biggest drivers are user numbers, modules, entities, integrations and how much data you migrate. We give you a written estimate covering all three after a short requirements call, so you can compare platforms on total cost of ownership rather than licence price alone.

A single-entity cloud ERP for an SME typically goes live in about two to four months. Mid-market projects with several modules usually take four to nine months, and multi-entity or multi-country programmes can run nine to eighteen months. We agree a phased plan up front, with milestones for design, data migration, testing, training and go-live.

According to the Ministry of Finance, businesses with annual revenue of AED 50 million or more must appoint an Accredited Service Provider by 30 October 2026 and use e-invoicing from 1 January 2027. Businesses below that threshold must appoint one by 31 March 2027 and go live on 1 July 2027. Check the Ministry of Finance portal for updates before you plan.

We configure UAE VAT from day one — tax codes, reverse charge, returns and the FTA audit file — and assess readiness for e-invoicing. That means structured invoice data in the required fields, integration with your chosen Accredited Service Provider, handling of electronic credit notes and the process changes your finance team will need.

Yes. We implement HR and payroll modules that produce Wage Protection System (WPS) salary files and calculate end-of-service gratuity, leave and allowances, linked to your recruitment and onboarding. Our HR consultants can design the grading and pay structures that sit behind it.

Often, yes. Several major ERP and cloud vendors offer UAE-hosted regions, and many clients in regulated sectors prefer local hosting. The UAE Personal Data Protection Law, DIFC and ADGM data protection rules and sector regulations can all affect where employee and customer data may be stored. We confirm hosting options for each shortlisted platform during selection.

Yes. We regularly review under-performing systems, fix configuration and reporting issues, re-train users or plan a migration to a better-fitting platform — whichever gives you the best return. Many rescue projects start with a short health check that ranks the problems by business impact.
